Privacy Policy
A privacy-first explanation of what happens to your words, visuals, feedback, and anonymous usage events.
The short version
Your prompt is used to create one visual. Let It Leave does not intentionally write prompts or generated images to its product database. Optional analytics are off until you choose otherwise, and analytics never include your prompt or image.
Who is responsible

What is processed
When you press the release button, the text you entered, your selected language, and the current scene are transmitted securely to the generation service. The resulting artifact is returned to your browser for the animation. Language, tutorial status, sound choice, release balance, and your analytics choice are stored locally on your device. For abuse prevention, Let It Leave briefly counts a one-way, window-specific hash derived from the network address. The raw address is not stored in the product database, and the counter expires after the short rate-limit window.
Prompts and generated images
Prompts and generated images are processed only to provide the release you requested. They are not intentionally stored in Let It Leave’s analytics or feedback tables and are not used by Let It Leave to train a model. They may exist briefly in memory while generation and delivery complete. Hosting and infrastructure providers may keep limited security logs under their own documented retention practices.
Optional analytics and TikTok attribution
If you consent, Let It Leave records page, generation, failure, and completed-release events, which may include the scene and interface language. When you arrive through a labeled organic TikTok link, events may also include four short labels: source (TikTok), medium (organic), campaign, and video variant. The labels are kept only for the browser session before being sent with consented events and are retained for up to 90 days. Let It Leave does not install a TikTok pixel or advertising cookies and does not store the full landing URL, referrer, prompt, image, IP address, account identifier, advertising identifier, or cross-site identifier in analytics. Refusing analytics does not change the experience.
Feedback
If you select “This doesn’t match what I wrote,” Let It Leave stores only that reason together with the scene, artifact type, and generator source. Your prompt and generated image are deliberately excluded from the feedback request.
Interest list for more releases
If you opt in, Let It Leave stores your email address, interface language, consent time, and a hashed removal token only to send one update when more releases become available. Prompts and images are never attached to this record. The legal basis is your consent. The record is deleted when you withdraw through the release panel, ask iles.bront.ioana@gmail.com, or after no more than 12 months.
Legal basis and choice
Optional analytics rely on your consent. You can refuse or withdraw that consent at any time through Privacy choices, with no loss of functionality. Prompt processing is initiated by you to provide the requested visual experience; the final legal basis and controller details must be confirmed during pre-launch legal review. Minimal security processing may rely on the operator’s legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Retention
Analytics events and generation feedback are automatically eligible for deletion after 90 days. Prompts and images are not intentionally retained in the product database. Device-local preferences remain until you clear browser storage; the analytics choice is requested again after 180 days. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a person may be retained longer.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting, database operations, image generation, and background removal use Cloudflare services, including Workers AI and Cloudflare Images. Your prompt and generated image are processed only to create the release you request. Generator storage and prompt logging are disabled. Cloudflare states that Workers AI Customer Content is not used to train AI models or improve its or third-party services without explicit consent. Cloudflare may process data across its global network under its contractual data-protection and transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to your local data protection authority. Because Let It Leave intentionally avoids account and prompt histories, there may be no stored record that can be linked back to you.
Age and changes
Let It Leave is intended for people aged 16 and over for this MVP. This policy may change as payments, accounts, or new providers are introduced. Material changes will require a fresh review and, where needed, renewed consent.
